She started off with “let me tell you something… This junk is not at all easy.” And she is right. Urban Air Trampoline Park has designed a 1-hour class that combines plyometrics, cardio, and strength building aerobics to create a full body workout that can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.

Not only is the class intense but apparently according to SouthlakeMoms.com the trainers are not sore on the eyes…. As the article states “Then, the best part about the whole darn thing came waltzing in. The instructor. Oh yeah. The young, hot, built to perfection, tall, blonde instructor. We shall call him McHotness.”

The first part of the workout is a warm-up. Knee tucks, toe touches, reach for the sky, side-to-side. It’s just enough to get your heart-rate up. As SouthlakeMoms.com put it “McHotness announced we were 20 minutes in and we could get some water. Thank the Lord. 20 minutes? It had only been 20 minutes? What the?”

Grab a quick water break and it is back on the trampolines…The intensity rises.

Today the Roanoke Parks and Recreation Department brought their kids summer camp to Urban Air Trampoline Park! This week is “Science Week” and the kids got a firsthand experience with gravity at Urban Air Trampoline Park!

 

Now some of you may wonder why would they take kids at a summer camp to Urban Air Trampoline Park? Well…because Urban Air is one of the most, if not the most, fun thing to do in Dallas Fort Worth. Not only did the kids at summer camp have a blast on the wall-to-wall trampolines, but they competed hard at trampoline dodgeball and the foam pit challenge.

 

Over the course of the summer Urban Air will open its doors to dozens of weekly summer camps for children ages 6 to 12 years old. If you have a summer camp and are looking to take your kiddos to the most exciting place in town make sure to give Urban Air a try.
