If you have not read the great article on Urban Air Fitness at SouthlakeMoms.com you have got to check it out! One of the contributor’s blogged about her second trip to Urban Air Trampoline Park for Boot Camp Class.
She started off with “let me tell you something… This junk is not at all easy.” And she is right. Urban Air Trampoline Park has designed a 1-hour class that combines plyometrics, cardio, and strength building aerobics to create a full body workout that can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.
Not only is the class intense but apparently according to SouthlakeMoms.com the trainers are not sore on the eyes…. As the article states “Then, the best part about the whole darn thing came waltzing in. The instructor. Oh yeah. The young, hot, built to perfection, tall, blonde instructor. We shall call him McHotness.”
The first part of the workout is a warm-up. Knee tucks, toe touches, reach for the sky, side-to-side. It’s just enough to get your heart-rate up. As SouthlakeMoms.com put it “McHotness announced we were 20 minutes in and we could get some water. Thank the Lord. 20 minutes? It had only been 20 minutes? What the?”
Grab a quick water break and it is back on the trampolines…The intensity rises.
