You will receive a confirmation notification detailing the dates, times and number of tickets purchased with a reminder of the requirements to fill out a waiver, which can be done online or upon arrival.
Your reservation will automatically be cancelled by the system and you will not be able to re-access the reservation. You will be required to submit a NEW reservation by selecting 'Buy Tickets Now'. Please note that you will only be charged for sessions that are successfully completed through the payment process. You will receive a non-payment cancellation notification within 2 hours of submission for all reservations that did not complete the payment process.
You will need to provide your first and last name and the attendant will validate your reservation and confirm whether or not a waiver has been completed. We reserve the right to check identification to locate your reservation.
Tickets are non-refundable and are only good for the reserved dates and times secured during the payment process. Urban Air has a limited number of tickets it can sell during each jump session. When tickets are purchased we save you a spot to jump during the date and time on your ticket just as if you purchased a movie ticket online.

Jump sessions occur on the hour -- every hour, therefore, it is recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your jump session to ensure that you get the full benefit of your reservation. This allows for time to complete a waiver if necessary and/or time to remove shoes and valuables, etc.
We want your experience to be enjoyable and safe, therefore, we require every jumper, regardless of age, to complete a waiver on his/her first visit. Jumpers 18 or older may sign their own waiver while Jumpers under the age of 18 will need their parents to sign their waiver. You can fill out your waiver online by Clicking Here. Each year on the anniversary date of Urban Air opening, October 28th, we reset the waiver process.
